From now onwards, Keble will be issuing deeds of assignments to customers who invest in any of our Fractional Real Estate options.

This document shows you are indeed a part-owner of the stated property and are entitled to a percentage of the returns made from capital appreciation at the end of the holding period.

So, beginning from the current options on our platform, once you invest with Keble, you get a deed. 

Current investors (Wight House KFE and IVY House KFU ) should expect theirs from next week!
